Every book is auto-assigned a Book Level from category + curriculum + condition, then modified by demand. You can spend points on any available listing — even when the giver doesn't want anything of yours.

- Condition modifiers: New ×1.2, Good ×1.0, Fair ×0.8, Worn ×0.6.
